If I lived in Manhattan perhaps I wouldn't be so flabbergasted that right there
on the sidewalk outside J&R Musicworld by City Hall was a group of three containers
of liquid Nitrogen, tubes leading into the sewer system. This one was steaming at the top,
and as you can see there were various valves cover with ice. It didn't look like
anyone was actively using these things, no barricade around them. They were
simply sitting there, chained together performing some unknown function.
Liquid Nitrogen! Yikes!
